I am using 3 different packages and they all seem to work under different circumstances:
Dialpad - PC to Phone - only one to let south africans buy time on the CC
Phoneserve - Pc to Phone - I purchased $10 prepaid cards in shops (Saudi Arabia)
Google Talk - PC to PC - Cant wait for them to bring out "PC to phone" and "Phone to PC"

Maybe you could try to buy a USB Handset from Easy Talk and get Free Airtime from them to evaluate their VoIP Service. Cheers! :)
