Protection of Information Bill will hurt whistleblowers

Fortunately the Internet allows for all kinds of anonymity! :D

And even if they get busted... it will take a few high profile cases to shame the ANC into backtracking on this stupid piece of legislation... lest they become worse than the government they sought to replace.
 
the most concerning aspect of this bill are the provisions regarding the protection of companies information, nothing but a blatant attempt to suppress leaks about tenders and b.e.e politicians, cant wait till this bill is tested in the constitutional court.
 
It's all part of the plan to allow the corrupt to continue stealing with impunity. No whistleblowers + controlling media = gansters paradise.
