Maintenance project team, supporting and maintaining enhancements around the custom developed electoral applications.
2.2. Project
The project is a system maintenance project. The project will include all aspects of the software development lifecycle, i.e. analysis, design, build, test and implement. The maintenance will be onany of the Electoral Company’s custom developed electoral application systems which are used for the management the processing of business data and information.
The project will cover the following:
2.2.1. Modify existing functionality to ensure that it supports business processes;
2.2.2. Compile technical design documents and database design documents in accordance with functionality reflected in the design documents;
2.2.3. Development of new functionality as captured on the project charter. All developmentwill be done in accordance with the coding standards that will be shared with developers during the start of the project;
2.2.4. Develop and/or modify reports as per requirements highlighted in the design document;
2.2.5. Conduct component, module and system testing to that the developed functionality is in line with the requirements captured in the detailed design ensure document.
2.3. Skills Requirements
The personnel appointed will be responsible for doing actual development of the different
modules and reports on the system. As such, curriculum vitae of personnel with the following
technical skills and experience should be submitted:
