Hi Mweb
I have been having only on my mweb ISP account lag, when playing wow. So do my other friends, who use Mweb.
(My one friend in wow has been waiting for a week for feedback. They initially contacted him over skype, we were impressed at that stage to the fast response. Until we have not heard any thing after that nor know if they are still working on it.) I'd like to know before I renew my EFT as I only have Mweb for the reason of playing wow.
There is some thing wrong with the way you "shape or route" my account with wow.
My guild wars game, has perfect ms, no lag.
I have even tested other ISP accounts as well. I only* have latency with mweb. Please unshape my account in this time where you are busy sorting this out as I pay hundreds of rands to both mweb and wow and the last month it is being wasted. I do not even download much at all, mostly wow and skype.
I'm seriously thinking of moving isps, but I have been with mweb for years and do not wish to do so out of loyalty as they have a proven track record with me of providing good service. I don't know if this issue is to complicated or even being looked into yet but I'd like to know is there a solution to the problem or should I move isps at the end of the day. All* my friends have this prob with mweb atm.
Please help or I'm left with no other option than to cancel my account.
My whole guild is filled with South-Africans who are also using mweb. They are experiencing the same problems only* on mweb.
*Note my Guild Wars has good MS on mweb.
*Note my WOW has good MS on telkom.
*So it must be* Mweb causing this issue.
I have email if a person from your teck team can assist me. I am one of my guild's leaders and it is resulting in me gaining a poor reputation. We have a planned raid tonight, which I can now not attend.
*I have a 384kps line.
*I normally get 300-400ms on my Mweb account!!! This is why I am confused why the service has gone down the hill for the last month +-.
Thank you for your time.
Regards
