How to use my new HD PVR remote on the old SD PVR?

Just installed xtraview and want to control the SD PVR with my new remote. If I set 'HD+SD remote' in the SD PVR xtraview settings both the HD and SD PVRs change at the same time with the same channels, which is obviously not what I want.

Is this possible or do I need to get a new SD PVR remote as my old ones are FUBAR?

You need to enter a code into the HDPVR remote so the SDPVR works on whichever dial option you choose, check the DSTV forum remote control stickies
