No APN setting menu for MMS

Hi there
I am trying to setup MTN mms on my iphone4, but I was unsuccessful

There is no option to insert APN settings.

I tried resetting network settings, but that was no success as well

Please advise

MTN have blocked access to changing carrier apn settings in the latest carrier firmware

Make sure your mms is turned on under settings->messages

Theoretically it should just work "out the box"

My mms is enabled under the message settings, but i still cannot send or receive a mms.
