Axxess 384 plus account - low speeds

Hey all, i changed on the 1st November to the Axxess 384k uncapped plus account from the normal 4Mbps uncapped account. And from the time the account changed i've been only being able to download at around 120kbps after hours, where as with the normal 4Mbps account i was downloading at 550kbps from the same sites, rapidshare and hotfile.

Anybody else on this account having issues? I called a few times and they could not offer me any assistance. My speedtest.net results give me a 6Mbps local speed and 2.8Mbps to Atlanta (US)
Anybody able to offer any advice? Will putting in the DNS ip's make a difference?
 
This "4mb" account falls under IS dodgey % scheme where they cant tell you whats too much or what the scale of usage is and where you sit on that scale no they just throttle your line to death, dont get this account if you want to game, this % con system should be illegal - 0 transparecy
