They've been hijacking buildings since the early 90's, although the authorities are slowly claiming hijacked buildings back.

We all know the original owners of these buildings have lost hope in getting them back and have left the country, so the state will take over them.

Along with a FAT municipal utilities and ludicrous electricity bill, leaving the owner with only one possibility - sell.
