Vodacom Blackberry Talk 100. Is billing per sec or min?

Hi, Thinking of getting a Blackberry Torch 9800 through Vodacom Blackberry Talk 100.

Price of the contract is R349+34.50(CLI,Itemised billing etc)=R384.50.

Will be going through Autopage as i will qualify for a 20% Discount though Discovery card.

Does anybody know if the calls are billed per minute, or per second?
I would prefer call per sec. (Dont get penalised for dropped calls etc)

BBTalk is per min only, if you wanter per second billing you need to take a regular talk 100s+ package.

Its 419 On talk 100s and 459 on Topup315 excl BIS.
