Where to lodge a complaint against an isp

Hi Guys,

Is there any place that one can go to in order to lodge a complaint at an isp? The reason being that i am starting to get annoyed at an isp offer only to find out that it is not as the product description says ... i do not want to mention the isp name just yet but i am pretty sure that i can put up a good case to at least change their advertising.

They should at least have regulatory standards when advertising their products shouldnt they?

It sounds cheesy and yes the thread is cheesy too but i think we should really start doing something about it now

yes ... but not with regard to the acceptable usage policy or caps or that kind of stuff ... more along the lines that the product is no longer suited for 4mb line users where before it used to be

if you are thinking about throttling after a certain cap ... not quite since you are limited on the 1st of the month ... so basically they say it can be used with a 4mb line but it cant get waay less than acceptable speeds (a quarter of that speed in fact)
