How do I find out if someone might have accessed my pc - illegaly
Where do I find the latest law regarding corporate email and privacy acts in english
What is the current law on email privacy and corporates - how does the access to information act influence this and what is the accessto information act.
How do I determine if my privacy or eamil have been compromised and where do I go from here...?
Anyone who actually knows the facts please please....

It's quite a long act, but basically, IIRC, I think there are provisions for a corporation to access your email as an employee of that company, if it is with regards to sensitive information about the company itself. But then again, I do remember something about a case recently about this exact topic, and I think the employee won the case. Don't quote me on that.
As for finding out whether somebody has accessed your pc, that's way too technical for me to answer, so sorry but no idea there. Are you worried your company accessed your info?

If the PC in question is yours, then you can take it in to forensic auditors, and they will be able to determine who might have accessed your PC. But, be warned, they are not what we would call cheap.
If it is the work's PC, then you're straight out of luck.
