Hi guys,

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the above guide?

The Institute of Directors published the guide. I called them and no one has got back to me.

There is something wrong with the IoD's website, it just has garbage on the home page.

I think it would be rather funny if it was hacked seeing that they published an information security guide.
 
I always Google first :)

I spoke to the IoD and they advised that they only provide copies of the guide to their members... Anyone here a member? -grin-
 
The IoD commissions the audit firms to produce a bunch of its material so it could be quite possible that the E&Y one is similar if not the same.
