You can report hackers/boosters to Treyarch.
While in the game with the hacker. Press ESC. Then players. Double click the players name and select report for cheating.
Or if he has already left/you left. Go to your recent matches. Find him. then do the same as above.
After a player gets a certain number of reports its tagged for a Tryarch admin to watch the last 10 rounds the person has played via theater mode. If he/she is cheating. They will be banned via VAC.
