LG optimus - where best cash price (want 2 put 2GIG cellC sim in it)

i want a LG optimus
where can i get it cash, at the best price?

i want to be able to put my 2 gig/month cell c sim card in it, so i'll prob have to root it to remove vodacom network locking if it is on the phone
