Mweb Uncapped: Very often have to constantly hit refresh for a website to load

As the title says. Since I've moved to Mweb uncapped, I noticed that a lot of the time I have to hit refresh loads of times to make a website load- after it getting stuck with just a white screen or a half loaded website.

Can this be fixed?
 
Some more information is required. Did it only happen once you moved to Mweb? Do you have another account you can try - does it give the same problem? What browser? Did you try another browser? What are your line stats?
