Ms Win 7 SP1 and Back and Restore Error 0x80070002 - Support KB979281?

I wonder if this Ms Support KB979281 will be incorporated with SP1 if and when it is released? Tried to contact Ms but could not accept the FBI Q & A eg. "The colour of your eyes,nails and your pedigree" from them just ask a simple question like this one. My OS is genuine and not pirated in any manner.
If anyone out there has a more simply way of contacting Ms please advise.

Hang on.....did you install the beta of Windows 7 SP1 & now your pc is screwed up?

Seriously don't understand.
 
No I have not installed any SP, but have error on Back and Restore on Win 7 Pro 64bit. I read and understand the KB,this was just a simple question only. Thanks
