Froyo for HTC Desire available at Vodacare only

When asking vodacom support when froyo for the Desire will be available they told me it is available at vodacare. I cant under why VC doesnt make it available OTA. its so stupid that I have to take my phone into a branch for an update that the rest of the world gets OTA. I should have just rooted and done it myself. VC, when will you stop failing
 
Um, have you not seen the DIY Froyo upgrades on this forum? It's not rooting, and it's really simple to do. It takes like 10 to 15 minutes.

If you can't manage it, then take it to VodaCare. I bet VodaCare are following the exact same procedure.
