As the title says... if you are in Joburg I want to give you some (cash) money to send the same amount of your money through paypal on my behalf.

Isn't as easy as simply registering your own?

I assume he doesn't have an FNB account or a credit card?? /awaits answer

@Noswal, perhaps if you tell people how much we talking and where it is going to they may be more inclined to help.
 
Dude, why don't u try fnb.co.za for paypal ?
Can't your bank also arrange something for overseas payments ? I remember a few years ago my sister got standard bank to do so.

And I think if u trust whoever/wherever it is that you need to pay then use your credit card and its kla.

Looks like he doesn't have a credit card nor an FNB account.

He doesn't need FNB to send money via PayPal. But for him to register & send money he needs a credit card, and have authorized it, which he probably can't?
