Send am email to [email protected] if you have any data complaints or loss of data etc.
Megan Power of Consumer Watch is currently investigating my complaint and she will be interested in hearing more.
 
What happened to you sque? I just received a bill for Packet Switched Data Calls for R4 259.59 on a Blackberry Bold phone with BIS. The APN was disabled on the phone and I was never billed for any data in the past. I have not queried this yet with MTN. Could possibly just be a mistake on the bill. I don't know yet.
