Will DVB-H dongle work to pick up DSTV mobile TV?

Hi I am wondering if i should get a DVB-H dongle and will it possibly pick up the mobile DSTV which is currently still free till April.
 
not sure even where to get a DVB-H dongle in Cape Town but will have to see but i guess getting a drifta would be the better option as after March you need to subscribe.
