Anyone else epxeriencing terrible speeds on MWEB 4 Mbps uncapped?

Me too, 8th Dec 9:34pm my 4mb mweb uncapped very slow. Something has happened - again.
 
Yet, you people continue paying them every month!

Haven't you learned? [email protected] is the email address you should be using.

Why pay for a sub standard service! There are many isps that ive a much better service than these idiots. Afrihost, Webafrica, Openweb and the list goes on
