I have a few clients that where in financial trouble a few months ago and their accounts where put on hold after discussions with them until they could pay their arrears.
They made commitments to make partial payments until their accounts where sorted. All except two (out of 5) have kept their agreements and are now sorted.
The remaining two, owing R18k and R25k respectively, have now just stopped returning our calls and are constantly in meetings/out. I have found out that both have opened accounts with other suppliers and are paying them. This makes me see red. They have clearly overcome their difficulty but are leaving me up the creek.
So whats the next step?
I'm thinking of going to their offices and camping there until they see me. The negative there is a huge waste of my time.
I have their home addresses from their credit applications, I could just go and visit them there, but thats an aggressive move and I'm not sure its time for that yet.
Maybe find a few convincing individuals to go and see them at home instead of myself?
