I am sure we all want the visitors to our blogs to be happy and easy going when stepping into the ports of your holy server. Sometimes servers (especially shared hosted ones) are a tad slow and one needs to step in and make things as optimizes as possible. This is where this handy ulitity for WordPress bloggers comes in.
WP-Cache is a small and easy to install utility that speeds up your blog to visitors by caching the page and saving on creation time. Now your server doesn’t have to fetch and process database info everytime a visitor loads a page. wp-cache does this once and saves a nice cached version for visitors that loads MUCH quicker than normal pages fetched and processed would.
Visit http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-cache/ and install it pronto! You will be very happy! Just remember to clear the cache everytime you edit widgets and the likes as it doesn’t auto register those when updated. Off you go! Have fun and remember to react to those comments!
