According to real estate coach Tim Taylor 97% of real estate investors fail and he knows how to fix it
The title is a real attention grabber and one could be fooled into thinking that Mr Taylor actually has something decent to say about real estate investment.
But unfortunately, in promoting the free webinar, they gave the game away by slipping in a quote by the estate agent guru himself:
“One of the current roadblocks to successful investing is the fear of failure due to slow economic conditions,” comments Tim Taylor.
It’s called an economic slowdown for a reason Tim, many very smart people are losing good money and the masses are rightly petrified of slipping down this path themselves.
It’s times like this that one realizes that just like any other environment, online has its crack-pots and con artists.
So keep to the basics, don’t trust a scheme that sounds too good to be true and don’t give your personal details to strangers. And perhaps the most important point – use your brain.
