Horrible speed on Cybersmart at the moment...?

i'm on cybersmart and not noticing any problems, but then i'm only on 512k. running at full speed though

Here too... 384k and also at full speed... no trouble at all today.
 
I had that problem the whole of last week. I'm on 384. I couldn't even open the cybersmart page for heaven's sake. I had to use my afrihost free account to log in to my cybersmart so I could mail them. They didn't mention any problems on their side. They said I must send them a speedtest result, but not even that site loaded.
My downloads and online games worked fine though...very weird.

I could open sites since last night again, so it seems to be gone on my side, but I have no clue what the cause is.
