it was on a debit order and was supposed to be sorted out 4 months ago i pm both reps on the forums
I cant present payment on a payment i did not need to make
Yea i do have the credit that was supposed to be passed this was on there statment

IBurst should not be allowed to stay in business any more with such a screwed up accounts department.
