Good Deal on an iPad

My uncle is willing to sell me his good condition 32gb Wifi-only iPad for R3700 (incl the official leather case holder).

He is going to the states and is getting a 64gb Wifi+3G model.

I know the iPad 2 is due to get launched around Feb/March side.

Is the above deal worth it?
 
Sounds pretty good to me. Besides, there is no due date for the iPad2. It's all rumour and conjecture.
