unshaped: P2P, games, Skype & Browsing & Email work fine (fine being relative word)
shaped: Browsing & Email are fine .... all others are almost unusable.

APPARENTLY IS gives more lag on VOIP but is more stable, so higher ping but less packet loss if I understand.
Games like WoW can handle Lag but not so happy with packet loss ...
I think Skype wouldn't like either, but people have said that IS Skype is better then SAIX Skype.
