my thoughts .... it will be OK ... nothing spectacular as it wil remind me of mortal kombat shaolin monks < axonometric / 3d combat views.

The game will basically just suck for consoles as a whole. no specific reasons ... it just will ! fngiku consoles
blizzard wants to milk that market as well for some pocket money

its been 10 years since lord of destruction ? and now they want to expirement which also means the game should be near completition :love:

i foresee a beta test in may (no year given...wait... 2011....) .... release in august. 7/10 times i have been correct ! :D

They do not say that it is diablo 3 for consoles but rather a diablo related concept.
Remember the baldurs gate games on the consoles? ye... prolly not, since they were not worth remembering.
 
Diablo on the go - then blizzard will basically be able to print their own money

I think that is awesome news that they exploring the idea on consoles - in the not too distant past ppl were crying fowl of fps' on consoles - lookie now
 
Even if it sucks on console at least console gamer will get to experience some level of awesome that is Diablo. I played Diablo1 on console and dont remember it being worse than on PC.

I thought both Dark Alliance games were pretty well done on console, least i enjoyed them :p

i will personally never touch an fps on console ever , after playing medal of honor back in the days of ps1 ! NO thnx. it was fun , but aiming was frustrating to the max, went over to quake 2 and wow what a difference , that was when i noticed there is actually room for improvement . yes yes you get these guys who become fundies using analog but its really limited, since they cant level up their reflexes due to using only two thumbs ! you can only go as fast as the thumb allows ?

i dont recall playing baldurs gate on ps , but diablo 1 yeah , it was really strange and just did not feel right... cant explain it
 
While I agree that console fps really suxed in the past, with wii and kinect, this may also be a past issue.
