Telkom bonanza continues

This bonanza is based on users "abusing" the internet as Telkom proclaims. What will happen after Nov. 1, 2005?

In an alternate universe, Telkom would be found guilty of crimes against humanity and be sentenced to surf the internet forever with "broadband" at 192kbs with a monthly hard cap of 3 megabyte. Enjoy your surfing, Telkom!

Can you say DigiNet? The biggest reason why ADSL is so expensive is so that Telkom can protect its DigiNet cashcow :mad:
