Hi

I know this issue has been raised before, but since there's been so much progress since Seacom I thought I'd ask again.

So I'm moving to Cape Town (city bowl area, four seasons building on Buitenkant for those who know the area) in a week or two. I am looking for an uncapped internet connection for as cheap as possible (duh). My needs are mostly browsing, occasional torrenting (10G a month -ish) and some gaming. So I don't care about some shaping etc, I don't take my gaming as seriously since I cancelled my WoW acc lol.

There is currently no Telkom line installed. So my question is, should I go thru all the costs to install telkom & pay monthly fee, then get MWeb or similar ADSL, or are there good broadband/wireless packages in the area? I know many here hate WISPs and I'm not a fan after dealing with Aerosat for years, but I'm on a pretty tight budget.

Any thoughts, advice or even criticism will be appreciated.

Cheers

I don't care that much about shaping. I mean, unshaped is nice, but I'd rather have more cap and more shape.
