Its getting pretty frustrating being forced to work with Telkom. Its being how many years since Neotel opened... yet still no presence in 99% of South Africa. Useless chumps.

Their coverage does seem rather spotty. AFAIK there's also no service around by us.

Whats the point of a 2nd operator if only a handful of people get to gain from it. This 2nd national operator has being a complete abortion.

besides corporate, who has actually gained from neotel?
If you are a household or small businees, why would you even consider neohell?
 
Count yourselves lucky you are not tempted by the false promises from neotel. Next to neotel telkoms crap tastes good!
 
Stay away from Neotel, unless you like being charged for bandwidth you did not use and have no legitimate way of saying otherwise! With other ISP's their is a dedicated monitor on their website, power lies with you somewhat. With neotel you get sent the Bill with overcharge and theres no way to prove otherwise!
