I suspect taking out an early upgrade does not renege you from fulling the full 24months of the first contract and then kicking off the next 24 months.

Cant remember what any of the contracts for my early upgrades say.

Well you basically signed another 24 month contract. All together 2 contracts, 2 phones, 24 months x 2 = 48 months.

as he said:
You entered into the 2nd contract early. You are still liable for the first. I read up on this some time ago & have seen this in the small print. It is a way for them to keep you there.... So effectively your contract is 26 months the 2nd time round.

mmm ... but it still came as a surprise. it's something that wasn't mentioned at the time of upgrading.

tks guys. if you knew about it then i guess it's there somewhere. lesson learnt - read the fine print.
