Will Liverpool be relegated at the end of this EPL season?

Nah, I don't think so. But Newcastle were in a similar situation two seasons ago . . .

It is a possibility judging by their current form.....but i see them just managing to stay up......Hopefully

Totally agree with the other guys, doubt it very very much. Kenny will turn it around, but I personally don't think he will be there next season

I doubt they'll get relegated this season. However, if they finish in the lower half of the table, they definitely won't be able to get in the required players to push for any meaningful spot in the league and the fans might just go rabid at any mistake made - so the manager's job will be hecka tough and all this might lead to relegation next season. However, if Kenny does turn things around somewhat and Liverpool get into the Europa LEague places at least... then they will not be in any danger of relegation any time soon and the new manager will have time to rebuild.

It's a slim possibility if they don't strengthen the squad now.

Just check the tags for this thread. No "weird" tag. Smokey is disappointed. :(

Quite slim, but if no strengthening is done now... a bottom half finish isn't too unrealistic.

I don't think their squad is that bad. Definitely not a relegation squad or a 13th in the league after 22 games squad. I blame the players. There seems to be a complete lack of passion imo. When Gerrard is not driving the team forward there's nothing. Maybe King Kenny is the change Liverpool need to kick-start their season.

They won't get relegated but they won't manage any european place either.

I never said their squad was that bad - but new signings in key positions are badly needed. If nothing else, to at least wake the rest of the squad up from their lethargy. At the rate their going, they will be contenders for a bottom half finish.

What's so wrong with Suarez? He's exactly the type of player they need. He can play deep, or wide. He has brilliant skill and finishing. He can play on the left or right of Torres (though he isn't a lone striker by any means as he is best used in 1v1 situations). So why the greeny face?
