Can't access IS News Server with Afrihost 384 Uncapped

Has anyone else on Afrihost uncapped been having the same problem? I can't get my account to successfully connect to the IS news server which is located at news.is.co.za and even the alternative that is news.isdsl.net but still nothing, however as soon as i use my saix capped account I can access the news.saix.net server? What am I doing wrong here?
 
which app are you using?

as altbinz does not even connect to my mweb one :(

though im using grabit it then it works, i use some other one that you run in your broswer forgot the name now, but you limit speed and way more options.

I'm also using altbinz as I've got no clue on how to load nzb files to grabbit. Busy trying out binreader
 
grabbit you just double click then it import, on the nzb file, or use import button at the top :)
