What am i getting charged for on municipality bill

Ok so this month my municipality bill is quite high

and then i look at the symbols and see im being charged for a toilet which i assume to be sewerage - but dont they normaly only charge that if you have a sceptic tank ? i get the normal rates, lights, water, fire and garbage. Another thing im being charged for is a picture of the dog now this is really confusing me is there a municipal worker that comes every week and walks my dogs in secret or what exactly am i being charged for ?
 
That sounds interesting. I don't have any dog pictures on my account.... Would love to know what that could mean.
 
Pictures of dogs?? WTF dude maybe they're charging you for all the socks you've been smoking? It must be a lot because your post makes no sense.

Maybe its a sign that the was a dog around when they came to read the meter's for you untilites. They could'nt , and now they can charge you any amount they wish..........

Sewage is for the draining of rain water etc from your property. It's based on the area of your property.

Who is CAB Holdings? Are you sure that is a municipal bill? Looks pretty Nigerian.

Wow, didn't think of that. Good one... Anymore suggestions as to what it could be?
 
Well i dont know and you lot of gits arent any help :p so i guess im just going to have to go in and query it !
