I like Veri Peri (the hottest-every chilli sauce I get must be the hottest).

What are your faves? Please share some of your chilli sauce recipes.

I liked Banditos habenero sauce(sp?) but that stuff was dangerous the next day;)
 
IMO, there is no point in eating something so strong you need to have a sip of milk after every bite.

That being said, I have a bottle of Nando's extra hot peri-peri sauce in the fridge, which goes well with most meals :D

Hahahaha no no I have to have it hot otherwise it just tastes like sauce with no chilli for me:o I have mauritian blood in me:D
 
Minnie's - Aged Chilli Sauce and Minnie's - LAVA Sauce and my own home-made Habanero sauce :)

BUSHMAN'S REVENGE 15/10

Made from some of the hottest chillies available.
Strong on burn and flavour.

Red Savina Chillies - Aged for 2 years.

I make my own that is even hotter. It burns the skin if you don't wear gloves...learned that the hard way. Buy the hottest fresh chillies and make your own chutney...you control the hotness and sweetness this way. OMG it is great... recipes everywhere on the web.

Nando's peri peri braai sauce. Not as hot as I like but full of flavour! Yum.
 
Bucks Bliksem - has a dose of whiskey in too. All mauritian chilli sauces. Oh ya and this dynamite from bushmans is really not that hot at all. More like 8 out of 10.

im not the biggest chilli eater, and the 15/10 bushmans isn't that burny to me :/
 
I love McDonald's Jalapeno sauce. Doesn't really burn at all but I just love that stuff.
