Do you guys have any ideas what IT positions involves working with people except desktop support and training?
The reason I ask is I'm moving from Desktop support were I work with users all day to projects were I will only be doing network and server installations. Now initially I thought I was really bad working with people because I was shy growing up but over the last few years things have really changed around and it seems to be one of my best qualities.
I really enjoyed Desktop support but unfortunately one cannot do it forever so I would like to get back to working with people in a years time.
