Are there any local only unapped/unshaped offers out there?

If not, is the unbundling of the local loop the reason?

I could see a lot of opportunity for a product like this.
 
Almost all ISP's have uncapped unshaped offerings, you just have to be willing to pay the premium.
 
yeah would love to have that and say 10gb accoutn for gaming, would own the newservers 24/7 :P
 
I for one would definitely get myself an uncapped local only account :D
