Hey guys, I just want to know what is the best 5.1 speakers I can get for about R800. My max budget is R1000. Thanks

±R850 Logitech 980-000431 Z-506 , 5.1 , FDD2 ( Frequency Directed Dual Driver ) , 75w ( 27+ 4x8+ 16 ) , 3.5mm + RCA , headphone jack , dedicated bass control - black

The replacements for the X-530.

I had a set of Divoom Xforce 1H speakers. They go for R409 ex vat at Esquire. I have an Esquire account if you would like to use it (just pm me).

I enjoyed them, great sound.

Thanks guys, really appreciate it. I can buy at most suppliers.

Not on the Logitech website anymore so therefore are not an option, unless you want to buy old stuff.

Trust me if you need more power than those ones offered then you're already deaf! :D

Lol. How about some 200watt RMS Z-2300? Or 505watt RMS Z-5500? :D

Really love my Z-2300 (I just hope the walls of the 4x4m room they're in stay put. :D). Especially since I got my Asus Xonar Essence STX sound card. All I can say is wow, what a difference! Onboard sound vs high quality sound card is a night/day difference.

How good are the Creative T6200 compared to the Logitech's? I like the wired remote on the Creative's. And how long are the cables of the logitech's?

I'm sure! Eventually I'll get around to upgrading mine as well. For now my budget is going to my ONKYO ans B&W's for the lounge :D :p
