Torrenting : What kind of speeds do you get?

What kind of speeds do you get on average?

I get on average about 30-50 kb/s, most i have ever had for more than about an hours is 120 kb/s. Im on a 512 line.
 
I average between 150-250 on a well seeded one. If its like really really new, like a new episode of something, and has like 15000 seeders, then it usually gets about 350kb/s. Otherwise its 50-100kb for older stuff, and obviously less if its got very few seeders.
 
Depends on the seeds & shaping (MWEB 4mb) 1 - 200kbs Id have to say avg about 60-70kbs

I get around 400 or more on average which is awesome.
Pity I don't know what to download anymore.
Any suggestions guys?
 
For any real value, folks should also say if it's on a shaped/unshaped account and whether they bypass any shaping.
 
1kb during the day 10kb -38kb at night

Mweb 384 uncapped shaped
 
20kb/s in the day.up to 600kb/s at night on well seeded torrent.i usually download old games like fallout tactics.
