AntiTrust Takes to the Streets Once Again

AntiTrust is planning to march to Parliament in Cape Town soon in an effort to further raise the general public’s awareness of Telkom’s exorbitant prices.

That would get media interest. Block the parlement building early morning until the leader of the country address us. I will be there boots and all, should at least get some frontline news coverage and some bed, breakfast and dinner (spit) for the day or two till bail is paid. Any sponsors?? Any legal protectors? Mr Buys comment please!

Well, not that I'm very fond of them, but with the 'costing us jobs' line, I wonder if Cosatu would be willing to consider it an issue...

No details on the Cape Town march on the website yet...

im actually thinking of doing a vigil outside parliment (mayb do live web cam feed, and invite people to come join us for a couple of hours, park off have a chat, be on the cam:P... still in planning stage at the moment
 
Great Stuff. Is there a Paypal button somewhere where I can supply some financial support (The little I have left over after Telkom's rip-off)? Maybe we should take out advertisements in newspapers as well to publicise the problems with Telkom. Maybe nail a few thousand flyers to telephone poles as well.
