I think freedom of speech should apply even to speech of a digital nature, we should be allowed to create our own private wireless networks. But instead, Telkom owns a piece of paper that says we cant. I suppose we have to listen then.
Question : I have a class A amateur radio licence, with dedicated frequencies for radio network transfer, would it still be illegal for me to setup a private wireless network? ( considering this should be regarded as normal radio transmission usage )
