My question is who was at this meeting, TELKOM? seems like it and from the article the fact that the ministry would consider another "task team to set up a plan to monitor the process" Just more time will be wasted, Will Telkom probably head this team ? Seems that this incompetent GVT department structure do not allow for decission making at all only for more analysis, meetings, Colloquium's, patties lunches and what the heck, anything to delay the process further, At ten functions a year it will probably take another two years do decide on issues that is critical and relevant today. Sort of back dating agendas ?

I have never understood the reasoning behind that. Spending countless hours and funds on discussing problems. And hardly ever discussing solutions. Why the hell do we put up with this crap?....because we have limited other choices! Everyone is in it for the money and no company will lose money just to help out SA citizens. Its sad really!
