Maybe its because we spend so much time reading these forums that we hear about telkom ripping us all off so much, and they are so busy doing other things and hear about telkom ripping everybody else off only once every second week... - so must be new news for them...

This is going to take very long - everybody - don't hold your breath!
 
Unbelievable

Why is it that the Govt/Business try to find "innovative" ways to reduce costs by circumventing Telscum? Why not kick the beast in the nuts and force them via the competition board to stop profiteering? The govt. owns 38% of Telscum and now they are complaining about the high costs of telecommuniations. Jeez as the major share holder surely they can force the issue.
 
Well at least the pressure will mount, and Icasa ruling, if it happens, will have top level support. They also refer to unbundling. ?? I bet most of those present had at least a incling of this site and what it represents
