Are there any usage limits on the 4096 cybersmart Nightrider Bundle

Howzit guys

I was on the weekender bundle last year got kicked off because of "abuse " .currently on the 5gb deal nd figured i might aswell take the 15 gb deal with free usage between 2 and 5 . just wanted to confirm that there are no usage limits / 'abuse' policies? how many free gigs do you guys manage to pull ?

I am on the 4meg nightrider deal too. Sadly I can't I don't manage to pull that much. Perhaps it is the shaping - but I run some transfers over shh - before 2am .. around 150kb - 200kb per transfer (this is a limit on the host not Cybersmart) - 2am arrives .. bang .. down to like 30kb range .. rather annoying actually. 5am .. and wooosh up to full speed.

On the other hand . I have seen a Steam download hit 400+kb/sec during that period too (obviously not running the shh stuff then) - so if you stick to unshaped things . it might well work .... other than that .. I doubt you'd be able to pull enough stuff for them to term it abuse.

In all fairness .. I am watching my graphs tonight (7 Feb 2011) and I am getting pretty okay speeds - between 150 - 200kb/s - so I guess murphy works in mysterious ways ... I'll try get some network monitor app that can log the traffic - that would be useful - for ubuntu of course.

my speed is ok i do get +-3gb / session well seeded torrents but i hate having the pc on at night so hardly run it pull around 10 free gb pm
