Storm and City of Tshwane in pilot

I wonder what the cost of this will be for end-users and what kind of bandwidth one can expect from such a service. Any ideas?

I know CoJ is working on similar stuff. Great stuff and I hope we see this at consumer doorsteps very very soon!

Will be interesting to see, especially the wireless links to users homes. I stay 50km from Pretoria and just might be able to connect to the service when it rolls out.

The problem will be that these people might just make the services slightly cheaper than that of Telkom's (with similar restrictions) because they can ... :(

But let's not try to be pessemistic
