Who to sign up with - nightmare with Altech, seems they are all up to $#|€

Reading through a few of the forums I see that in general (and I know one should not generalise!!) all the mobile companies are pretty poor when it comes to customer service. Does any one know of a people's poll that gives a fair reflection so that I can get away from my current hell provider and choose the best of a bad bunch?? Or any other info to help me make an informed decision.

Most say to stay away from 3rd parties like Altech and Nashua. Go directly to your service proider.
