Vodafone have too much money to throw around 
Perhaps in the future, they'll manage to get controlling interest in Vodacom and boot Telkom out. Hopefully that will happen before vodacom are allowed North of the equator. Heaven forbid we should foist Telkom on the rest of the world as well.
