Cost of radio via ADSL

Does anybody know the cost of listening to the radio 8 hours per day via ADSL?

How much bandwidth is required to do that?

What would that translate to in ISP fees?

What would a SA radio station have to fork out to stream that locally?

They do streaming to mobile phones at 32kbps and the quality is pretty good.
At 4KB/second, it's easy to get an idea as to the cost.

Alternatively, you can check what Real Networks provide http://www.realnetworks.com. Helix streaming multimedia etc.
